Why is the proxy unavailable?

Proxy connections require consideration of several factors:
1. Check if you are using the proxy in an overseas environment.
2. Check if there are any input errors in the proxy address:port:username:password.
3. If you copied and pasted the HOST to your computer or server, please verify if there are any extra spaces.
4. Check if you have selected the correct network protocol.
5. If it is a traffic-based proxy, check if your account balance is insufficient.
